With over 12 years of experience as a graphic designer, Tonielle's career has spanned international advertising agencies to boutique brand studios in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Feeling disillusioned from the industry, in 2016 Tonielle refined her focus to use her creative skills for a greater purpose – to make beautiful, meaningful design for change makers and impactful ideas.

Tonielle uses her skills in branding, user experience and strategic design to communicate complex ideas simply. She doesn't believe it's just about creating small change in the world she inhabits but doing her part to change the greater conversation. As a communicator, Tonielle feels she has a responsibility to stand up and represent the world in all its unique and wonderful differences with inclusive design.
