About the training
Upon the conclusion of a campaign, we can provide a structured process to debrief, reflect and learn.
This process involves:
- Surveying campaign contributors and analysis of campaign data such as website and social media analytics
- Facilitated retrospective with core campaign team to unpack campaign strengths, weaknesses and insights for future campaigns.
- Written summary of the reflection and insights generated
We complete initial research/analysis prior to the workshop and produce documentation of the strategy and plan.
